LONDON, September 17, 2025—Pixalate, the global market-leading ad fraud protection, privacy, and compliance analytics platform, today released the August 2025 APAC Top Grossing Apps Reports for China, Japan, Singapore, and India. The report covers mobile apps from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
The reports highlight the estimated top-grossing apps in open programmatic advertising revenue for mobile and Connected TV (CTV). In addition to the reports for China, Japan, Singapore, and India, Pixalate has also released Top Grossing Apps Reports for the UK, France, Spain, Germany, the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

- Mobile: ‘沙威玛传奇 - 中国版’ was the top grossing app ($107K in estimated open programmatic ad revenue) on the Apple App Store, and ‘ibis Paint X’ was No. 1 ($36K) on the Google Play Store
Japan

- Mobile: ‘Vita Mahjong’ ($41K) was at the top on the Apple App Store, and ‘Toon Blast’ ($59K) led on the Google Play Store
India

- Mobile: ‘宾果消消消’ ($97K) was no. 1 on the Apple App Store, and ‘LINE:’ディズニー ツムツム’ led on the Google Play Store ($167K)
In August 2025, Pixalate's data science team analyzed over 24 billion global open programmatic impressions from over 7 million Apple App Store and Google Play Store apps. For this research, Pixalate also examined over 5,000 CTV apps and 3 billion global ad impressions across various platforms, including Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, and Samsung Smart TV.
