Facebook changes its company name to Meta

Mark Zuckerberg announced Facebook's new name, Meta, bringing together four apps from the company's portfolio. According to the press release, the corporate structure will not change, but the company will start to report financial results "on two operating segments: Family of Apps and Reality Labs."

Report: Google takes 22-42% cut of ad spend flowing through its system

New York judge unveiled an unredacted antitrust lawsuit against Google over its alleged market domination among other accusations. "The multistate suit alleges anticompetitive ad tech policies and collusion with Facebook to rig the digital ad market," according to AdExchanger
